Please Riot fix and buff Quinn!

So once again to see a balanced champion taking buffs that he dosent need and end up in 100% pick ban phase and then gutted in the next patch!!

(Back when everyone was crying about how "weak" is graves rito buff his ulti and Q and he become insta banned/picked) (Soon dont worry if people keep crying about how "weak" he is and riot keep buffing his late game....i mean i guess we forgot why he got nerfed in the first place....) (Rito rito wtf new reworked nidalee no damage hurr durr buff pls) we all know where this lead.... (Soon....) (Sej much weak rito buff her pls buff buff buff pls....) We all know where this lead... (I am not gonna even here.....66% win ratio...) You people want champions to get buffed but riot nerf this champions because their kit was toxic and strong and now you want riot to bring this champ back to their old version? i mean this is just stupid!!

But anyway keep asking for Quinn buffs and he will be 100% ban rate and then in the next patch he will get gutted and one more range champion would be removed from top lane!! So thank you all of you for asking for Quinn buffs!
