He is gonna be reworked, aka destroyed. So it's normal that people wants to play him nowadays to say good bye friend.

I am a main Aatrox and hate the rework, that means I have to main someone else, it is fine, I can adapt, but I will miss him a lot.

Stupid amounts? His heal is pathetic early on and forces him into threat range in order to proc it.

He has to auto a minion 3 times just to get that minor heal. You can take alot of poke in the time it takes to auto 3 times.

From my personal experience, it just seems to be people seeing videos of a rework, expecting it to be live already, picking the reworked champion before checking if it really is live and only realizing once they're in-game: "Wait, this is still the same garbage we always had"
