Anivia's New Changes

I'm pretty sure I'm of a small playerbase when I say I've played a lot of Anivia, having played one hell of a lot of her from Seasons 3-5. And I loved her. She was immobile but rewarded good positioning, and rewarded your team for really protecting her. I didn't mind that her spells were slow, I didn't mind that her shit was hard to hit, there was only ever one thing that I felt needed fixing.

Honestly, these "Quality of Life" buffs that Anivia seems to have gotten lately have only made her unreliable and difficult to even play. Especially with the major changes to her ult, her kit now feels clunky. While I'll admit her E R combo was a bit questionable, that was really the only thing that was close to questionable, and I'm not sure if she deserved to have it toned down as far as it was. Now in the most recent patch it looks like her ult is getting a bit of love again, which I'm hoping will be enough, but I'm skeptical.

Honestly I'm just surprised she went through such odd changes. Of all things to change, why wasn't her auto attack the one that got love?
