are you fucking serious? this is your solution to people banning new champions when theyre released so their allies arent feeding the shit out of their asses because they picking them without even having read their tooltips?

what if the guy is last pick and you simply want to ban a champion because you expect the enemy to pick them up?

can you remove that bullshit, or at least exclude new and reworked champions from ranked games for a week?

Wait really? That's actually great if it's true, I'm tired of losing games because someone decided to waste a ban on a teammate. I don't want to play with someone that's already tilted from champion select.

If they decided to implement this, I'm going to be annoyed.

Sadly, it is plausible.

Champions being banned immediately after their release might be costing Riot potential sales (i.e. people deciding to wait and use IP since they won't be able to play the champion anyways), so I could see them make the decision.

the source is me, because i just tried. the champion was greyed out when a teammate showed pick intent.

I have time since every game is being dodged but can we not ban rakan or xayah? i dont see them in the banlist for some reason.

Edit. A guy just banned rakan while our teammate had him selected are you sure about this?

i was unable to ban xayah when when a teammate selected her.

if were lucky, its just a bug in the new client. maybe its because my client didnt update that the champion was available for some reason.

while it still sucks, it wouldnt be as bad as not being able to ban them at all.
