Morde wasn't a great pick before anyways. Nerfing his W unless he goes to bot lane is not "enticing." It is blackmailing. It means "YOU BETTER GO DUO OR THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE YOU CAN DO NOW MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Encouraging to go duo would be if the W would stack when both players get close to the enemy. And even that still doesn't change absolutely anything about Mordekaiser. So your "rework" basically means:

• Go top or mid and everything is exactly the same as before but worse because your w doesn't deal damage anymore. "REWORK!!!!"
• Go bot and make your team rage because you are losing an adc that will become much more relevant after the armor nerfs and try to not be completely gutted (in words of Riot " unless he dies horribly beforehand"). Lets pray the Misery gods!! "REWORK!!!"
• You get a pet dragon that dissapears 10 seconds after you make it to any lane. "REWORK!!!!!!"
