I agree. After my match just now i saw 4 reds and thought to myself "Why are there 4 leavers?". When i saw my own orange color i thought "Wtf? Am i on probation or something?". I didn't even realize my teammates were blue until i left.

I agree, when I played a few arams we had an Udyr that DC'd at the start and never joined. His red color was one shade darker like not even enough to notice unless you looked at the honor button.
Yeah, the new colors seem poorly thought-out. They look neat and orderly at first glance, but, as you noted, there's a bunch of problems with the coloring now.
I don't mind the new coloring, except for the Red. Would be better to make that Purple and keep leavers as Red.
You can't even tell who is in the room still anymore, some greyed out names are still connected, some red and blue have left, you have to go through the yellow log of people that have joined and left the chat room to figure out if there's even anyone else there. This is stupid and needs to be reverted.
Agreed! There was no need to make this change, and it hurts readability.
My first thought was that League thought the entire enemy team had been LeaverBusted. I don't understand why they changed it at all.

Was confused by some greyed out names. Couldn't tell what the significance of that was, since everyone had joined and then left the room, no DCs, yet some greyed and some not.

I get that you dont like the colors, but inventing extra reasons is childish.
In a modern UI it makes more sense "disconnected/unavailable/absent" to be lacking color instead to have the hottest color in the whole used palette like previously. Plus the colors are adequately representing "my team" - "opponent" colors.
In other words I lake the change and I think it makes more sense.
i love how this community rages at the dumbest shit possible lol, okay so they changed the colors get over it. It literally doesn't affect you at all unless you plan to rage or trash talk some one in post game lobby.
For colorblind people this is a nightmare, how could you see who left unless you look at the honor buttons? It used to be so obvious.

I wonder if this was a feature that wasn't supposed to roll out because I never saw any patch notes on it. I am an avid follower of the pbe and they haven't been mentioned that I know of.
its not bad, we're used to the previous way, so it might seem strange at first... just like the hud changes during bilgewater event
You playing on LAN? When someone leaves they get greyed out. If someone was afk in the game though,idk.

I reported a bunch of people for afk, then realized the UI changed. No idea why they changed it though. The old wasn't broken and the new one is confusing.
Not that terrible, but I agree, they need to make them more distinct from leaver-red.
they really need to revert this, it was fine before. i get they are trying to make it easier to see right away which tema is yours and the enemies but i would much rather take half a second to find names/ champs than have this.
Agreed, this is really annoying. I report AFK's, period, regardless of who won and which team they are on, and this makes it take a lot longer to do so.
