So when is Illaoi's rework coming @Riot

As of late all I have been seeing are Illaoi nerfs in the past few patches. As A juggernaut, she has no good/viable cc (I don't count her slow as cc), low mobility, and high kitability. I honestly feel like this is going to end up with Illaoi gutted and useless until an eventual rework. Some riot insight would be helpful as to why/ why not you would rework Illaoi.
