Why everyone that plays Teemo is a troll/toxic player?

My Diamond II friend said that he was going into a ranked match. At champion select, some player that was not the first pick called for mid lane. Despite this, first pick picked mid. Instead of just accepting the fact that he was not going mid and selecting another lane, that player decided to select with {{summoner:2}} and troll the match. Very upset, my friend had to dodge because he didn't wanted to play with a troll.

So I am asking, why every Teemo player has a negative conduct? At least the ones that I see, on all of my 2 years playing LoL, I've only seen one nice Teemo player, he gave me fair play because I disconnected early, and was extremely polite, but other than him, every Teemo player that I see is a douchebag that trolls or insult everyone at the match.
