Tips for building AD TF?
I really like the feel of throwing out an insane number of cards at enemies and I also really like AD champs.
Any tips on how to build AD TF?

Build AD items
Does his Pick a Card still not crit?

Isn't Pick a Card an auto attack modifier?
If so, it should still crit.
I could have sworn there was either a bug or intended feature where his W auto would never crit which results in me never building IE on the rare occasion that i get TF and need to build AD

Then would static shiv, Runaan's and BC be a good choice? I still get crit procs but I can shred armor at the same time. Also, Runaan's should be able to help me stack my E faster.
His W doesn't crit or apply on-hits because the AA becomes part of the spell, rather than the spell modifying the AA. Runaan's won't stack E faster, either.
attack speed is key so his E procs more
Given the number of times I've seen it: Don't.
Although he gains passive AS, his AD gains aren't great, PaC doesn't count as an AA modifier (the AA counts as part of the spell instead), and he has no mobility outside his ult. You're either a mediocre attacker or a stun-bot again.
It isn't the best build but a basic one for TF going AD would be:
IE
, Greaves
(Whatever enchant works best, maybe the red one), BT
, Defensive Item based on team build, BORK
, PD
or maybe even throw in a Zeph
.
That is pretty basic in terms of Items, but if you can you want a bit of magic so a Trinity (
), or Lich Bane (
) will help with that.
Also if you can try to get 2.50 attack speed. Other than being a bit more unreliable than normal its pretty fun to just auto a guy to death after a stun card.
Masteries and Runes are pretty much up to how you build AD on a normal ADC or physical damage dealer. Also keep in mind his AA range is pretty low compared to the other ADCs so you will pretty much risk your butt every time you trade with someone. Same for if you take this mid lane, there is a very high chance you will die early on.

Sweet. This looks pretty good.
How do you feel about a Runaan's so that the E procs faster in either a team fight or near enemy minions?
Honestly, I normaly build as much AS as I can, so if you want to Runaan's you can. I have found that is won't boost your speed up much though to my disappointment, so I don't like it. In fact if I have enough I favor Black cleaver because of the fact I'm often support TF and I like the idea of shredding things.
All things considered though, Runaan's is more to help with farming and if you have a Linch + over 110AD + 1.80AS (at least), you can clear a wave in decent time without it the Runaan's.
Same way as Corki.
