Promotions Are Designed To Skew/Rig The Person Being Promoted?
I'd like to be proven otherwise. I'm actually convinced. Im in bronze 1 in promotions for silver. I won every match without a loss in order to get to there. These matches were well earned and rewarded as each match lasted for a long time and were all neck and neck. When I arrive to placements believing "this time i'll make it" Like all the other 50 times i'm not given a fair shot and the teams are unbalnaced.
First promotion game, oh wait there wasn't one. Instead I am greeted with a league client cash which adds a loss to my placements. A bug that only happens in ranked and a bug that hasn't been mentioned what so ever to be fixed. The second game well might as well have just given me the free loss. I did good bot lane more cs than my enemy laner but I can't help the league match making. I am placed with a poppy that gives Yasuo 7 lanes top lane in a period of 15 minutes. The top laner gives up and starts chatting with the enemy team. Volibear meanwhile disconnects due to a power outage. This COULD be a coincidence but after my other 50 placements i'm convinced it isn't. Needless to say we loss the game. I have to win 3 more game to actually be promoted.
I am actually convinced the promotion system put you on a team with players with bad stats whether its how often do they disconnect, high surrenders or just lower skill rank in general to go against all odds to move on to the next rank. The matches are purposely not on an even playing field.
When I was promoted to silver last season after getting into promotions too many times to count i got to silver 4 in literally a day and then the season ended. I was just ask good or better as the people that in that league and I know at least a silver player. I just can't make it past the promotions which are always put in the enemy's favor one way or another.
I wouldn't be upset if it was a long close game that ended up with us losing a team fight, but its not that. Instead its a free loss and a completely unfair match that is decided in the first 15 minutes of the game. I don't know why I should keep trying if the system is going to do this everytime. Not even chance to actually do anything before that match is decided.
Feel free to leave your experiences here. Hope this isn't only happening to me. Not that I want this to happen to anyone else.
