Can we increase LeBlanc's mana costs?

Kind of stupid that I have to rush survivability so she can't one shot me, but it still not mattering because my entire combo takes 50% of my mana and I sacrificed regen in order to not die instantly.

Meanwhile, LeBlanc's mana costs are so low that she can get off three full combos on a single bar, and she isn't forced into rushing Abyssal like most of her matchups.

Bruh, One Q and W is literally half her mana. No one buys abyssal as LeBlanc shes dead either way.
