Wait for all the scumbags with Solo Q mentality to stop playing LoL. It's a team game ffs. If you can't handle the fact that people do well in a team game when they're actually allowed to play as a team then you need to fuck off back to CoD.

If you're not part of the premade then it's probably a better idea to be a follower rather than a leader because they're going to trust each other more than they're going to trust you. If you follow their lead long enough they'll probably more likely to follow your lead later in the game. But you need to build that trust as the game goes on or they'll just dismiss you as a shitter.

We used to not start in the negative every soloqueue game. We would start neutral and earn our teammates' trust/help and they would earn our trust and help. I enjoyed doing that and now I cannot so I haven't played ranked yet. If they fix that aspect then I would queue up again, but until then I will patiently wait.

Like most people, you just want to exploit the system to gain ranking, and you don't really care that dynamic queue has made that precious ranking totally meaningless.
