You're assuming that he's the one who fed her. Riot has said it themselves, every champion must have counterplay even when they're fed. Never allowing a champion to get fed is not counterplay because you can't control how your teammate fairs in lane.

I'm saying he's bitching about someone being fed and probably didn't even try to win anymore because he probably got tilted so damn hard.

I'm guessing that since he's considering to afk maybe he did try but it didn't work out for him.
