Lulu Re-Imagined Ability Kit with 100% More Pix!
DISCLAIMER: This is not an official rework of any kind! This is just a fun little fan project of taking Lulu and creating an entirely new ability kit under the same concept, but with a key point here where Pix plays a lot bigger role in this alternate dimension ability kit.

Attack Range: 575 units Attack Speed: 0.677 +1.5% per level Movement: 330 units per second
NOTE: Passive damage here is not bonus damage, basic attacks deal 100%AD, 50% AD is half that damage and combined they deal 100%AD damage, just said as a ratio since it does magic damage instead of physical damage - per level base damage and AP ratio is obviously bonus damage.
Pix, the Faerie Companion (Passive): Lulu has a little partner faerie that follows her around named Pix. Lulu and Pix share attacks, Glitterlance, and Whimsy, both attacking and casting those abilities together from their current locations, the same target can take damage and other effects from both sources to double the power, durations cannot be doubled.
Lulu and Pix deals 10 - 40 (+50%AD)(+25%AP) magic damage (true damage vs minions) for their basic attacks, Pix's basic attacks damage the first enemy in its path.
Glitterlance (Q): Cooldown: 5 seconds; Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana; Range: 950 units Let out glittering magic bolts in a line, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+40%AP) magic damage and slowing by 20/25/30/35/40% that decays over 2 seconds.
Whimsy (W): Cooldown: 24 seconds; Cost: 65 mana; Range: 450 units Passive: Lulu's basic attacks against enemy champions, structures, or epic monsters reduce Whimsy's cooldown by 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, 50% effectiveness from Pix's attacks.
Active: Send out pulses of enchanting magic, granting 8/11/14/17/20%(+4% per 100AP) bonus attack speed and 11/12/13/14/15%(+5% per 100AP) bonus movement speed for 3 seconds against struck allies and Lulu.
Bonus effect from Pix's Whimsy that are inflicted by Send Pix: Enemies: Pix roots the target for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. Allies: Pix grants an additional 8/11/14/17/20%(+4% per 100AP) bonus attack speed and 11/12/13/14/15%(+5% per 100AP) bonus movement speed for 3 seconds.
Send Pix (E): Cooldown: 10 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: 700 units Enemy Cast: Lulu sends Pix to the target enemy champion, revealing the target and polymorphing it for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Polymorph reduces the target's movement speed by 30 and causes it to be unable to attack or cast abilities.
Ally Cast: Lulu sends Pix to shield the target ally or herself for 60/80/100/120/140(+100%AP) shield for 3 seconds. If the shield breaks then Send Pix's cooldown is refunded by 40/45/50/55/60% and he returns to Lulu early. Pix will attack with the target he is currently shielding, including non-champions.
Freedom Pix (R): Cooldown: 140/100/60 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 150 / 400 units Pix becomes free to move where he pleases for the next 3 seconds at a whopping speed of 900 units per second. Pix will following the mouse cursor and release purple dust below his wings, granting struck allies 30/50/70(+20%AP) bonus magic damage and healing for 15/25/35(+10%AP) health on hit from their attacks and damaging abilities for 1.5 seconds. Lulu and Pix always gain these benefits from their attacks and abilities while Freedom Pix is active.
After 3 seconds, Lulu erupts an explosion of purple magic at Pix's location that knocks up struck enemies for 1.5 seconds and then he returns to Lulu.
Send Pix cannot be cast while Freedom Pix is currently active.
