Help with Ranked?

Feel free to take a look at my match history/lolking. I have far over a 50% winrate jungling in norms, and consistently get placed with players in Silver, Gold, and the occasional Plat. This winrate is not so high because I get carried, as shown by my KDA in said games.

However, in ranked matches, I face opponents in mid-silver and still have a >50% winrate.

This could be due to the fact that I don't get jungle as often, or maybe I'm the only one trying in normals. Can someone shed some light on this?

Silver teams are uncarriable, matchmaking is so broke right now it's a joke. I'm playing with people who haven't grasped the most basic concepts of the game. The new meta with snowballing and tanks being able to dish out massive damage without building for damage at all means most your matches will be decided within the first 5 minutes. If you want out you have to pick the right champs for the meta, totally dominate right away, and hope that your team isn't too heavy to carry to the enemy nexus.

I've climbed out of elo hell before, but in the current game state it is hopeless.
