About Meddler comment on Lux

(Master and Challenger, just a few games, WR doesn't mean much) So yeah, she is not meta in Master/Challenger/LCS, but other than that, her win rate does increase with increasing elo.

Just something I noticed.

EDIT: Also, I have to say that I have nothing against a Lux buff, but... the CDR reduction on ult kill, in my opinion, will help more low elo Lux than high Elo lux. In high Elo, there in much, much less kill/death per games. Kill usually happens on ganks and if flash has already been burned, and in teamfights for objectives. So there is just 1 opportunity for a good ult, CDR won't change much. In low Elo however, there are constant death every 30 seconds, games end up 60 kills each side, people keep chasing and chasing, focusing on kills rather than objectives. So yeah, I think the CDR on ult kill will help Lux in low elo, which might be good, since it is where her winrate is the lowest.
