How can I beat Cho'gath or Annie mid?
Those are my 2 hardest matchups. I understand their kits, but they got way too much sustain and burst.
Is their a certain champion I should play?
Is their a certain champion that counters both of them hard?

for both
Wow. I should have picked Cass considering I love that champ x.x
I don't know about the cass pick, I'm sure she will win early but she will have trouble dodging Cho skillshots due to being immobile. Annie will be able to 1 shot her and cass may be able to do the same but she has to land her ult before annie ults Cass, so cass has to do the same thing as annie but it actually takes skill to do it on Cass.

What do I know, im just a 70% cass winrate over 70 games. ANNIE IS A FREE WIN IF YOU ARE CASS. SHE CANT DO SHIT TO YOU. YOU WILL STICK YOUR DICK IN HER SO FAR THAT IT FILLS HER LUNGS AND SHE DIES. Again though, I just rek with her.
Not sure what the 70% winrate thing has to do with it but ok.
Kill cho before he starts stacking (I really don't know how to play against cho in lane because I haven't played against him that often even though I play mid for a majority of my games). As for annie wait for her to use her stun and then trade. Her cooldwons are rather long and she is very imobile compared to other mages so she relies on the stun to lock down opponents giving her the oppurtunity to let her cds refresh and keep an opponent in range.
You don't.
Seriously though, just don't play assassins vs them really. Most mid-long range mages can beat them if you don't get hit by Cho Q or Annie stun. Although I wouldn't pick Cassio as someone else recommended.
Early game Morgana can take cho. She drops W and AA him while he is farming to keep his passive in check. She can shield if she sees him Q, and can keep him away from her with her Q. Her AA is longer range than cho's silence so she doesn't have to worry about it and can shield herself before an engage. Just out farm him and kill him at 6 or 7, Late game cho is still a nasty tank but you have teamfights to deal with him by then and he will have to prioritize MR instead of armor so your ADC will be able to chunk him.
Morg can also take Annie. Build some health (ROA) and MR (Abyssal) so you can take her full burst, mid game she is squishy enough that if you Q+W+Ignite you can kill her without even needing to ult, especially if she depends on her E rather than buyijg MR. Annie early has strong harass with her Q, but as you level W you never need be in range of it. Don't assume that your shield will keep you safe as she can chunk it with a Q then Ult stun you - you have to buy MR and health.
Ban Cho'Gath, pick a good mage against Annie. I know that's really vague, so I'll provide examples.

's not a bad choice for either. Black shield really helps with the CC's
Also someone who can zone like
Just poke them till they're low enough that they can't safely all in you, then keep them away from cs by hurting them every time they try to farm.
Annie's low range for her early defensive stats, and cho's sustain comes from his farming/last hitting.
Also for Cho, consider buying
earlier than you normally would, and just watch for his Q patterns and dodge them all, if he never lands a Q on you then you should have no problems, and, with boots, if you always react instantly to the Q indicator warning, you should always be able to just walk out of it before it pops.
