So IBG...

So can we get some power put back on now that we have successfully gutted most every other tank item and Grasp's sustain? It is somewhat frustrating that every other sheen item gives massive spike to damage now except for IBG.

It is basically just sheen, with more mana some armor and a slow field, which is really negligible as most champions have enough movement speed or escapes built into their kits to nullify its effects completely. I'd be fine if you toned down the armor to give it back it's extra 25% damage on sheen proc. The item just feels really bad compared to Trinity Force especially which for some champion is really hard to obtain and stay relevant in other stats they need.
