She lacks any power and is easily out-tanked by Taric / Ornn / Kench. So why are we STILL nerfing Sejuani? And while on the topic, how come Riven is receiving buffs again?
I know it's the worlds patch and you're buff / nerfing target picks for a longer and more entertaining match but... Come on, Sejuani? AGAIN?

Still, she's been really underperforming compared to literally everything else possibly played. Again, I know these are for worlds and the pros probably have tricks up their sleeves; but Sejuani did NOT deserve this nerf.

As for Riven, the last set of changes did not accomplish their goals. As a result they are going back to her 9.9 version as a base and going for a different set of nerfs.
