Wrong, Ezreal's build path is much cheaper and he has much better poke then almost all ADC's

As an Ezreal main, I can't really say he's garbage right now. But rather, he's lackluster, he has good damage, but not as reliable as the other ADC's can get, but he's good in specific situations like a comp where you can out-kite the enemy team or when the enemy team have no tanks or only 1 tank where building even a Ruined King can wreck their day.
