Guess who killed the 1k hp dragon in a blink of an eye?

It wasn't zac, his smite was still on cd.

It wasn't me either, the dragon is already dead as i body slam over the wall, and my pitty 900 damage smite can't oneshot a 1k hp dragon before my bodyslam procs runic echo on the dragon.

It is the enemy 2item ADC Jhin with the fucking armor pen build who used 4th shot and crits for over 1k damage on the dragon.

How is this bullshit balanced? How come an ADC gets to do lv18 smite damage on one auto to dragon with 2 items?

Besides, Cho gets a level 18 smite at level 6 and it scales with 70% ap

most champions with %hp/missing hp damage has a cap on monsters, not sure why Jhin can just scale infinitely.

They changing how ArPen works next patch we will see how this affects Jhin (and MF). they are unlikely to use Duskblade anymore and I don't know how the Yommus changes will effect things.
