Yasuo takes no skill!

Ok let's get started. So watched a youtuber with a reasonable fan base or subscriber count and he did a survey on what champs did not take any skill to play. Yasuo was one of them and my question is. Why do people think that Yasuo takes no skill if a majority of bronze/silver people feed with him? Especially bronze people. I mean there is frustration with facing Yasuo, but Yasuo is dependent on his team for knockups if he doesn't land his q. And he has to Q two minions/monsters or players to charge it and than the 3rd Q releases a tornado like thing. Now it's about over 2 seconds at level 1-3 if he doesn't have a lot of attack speed and 1.33 is the shortest cooldown on his q that I've ever seen. So if you think that by the time he releases his tornado 3.99 seconds have passed and there's no guarantee that he will land his Q and he runs the risk of killing himself by making a bad decision.

In my opinion, just like master Yi, Yasuo is played frontline and is very squishy if he doesn't have his passive up. In a teamfight he needs to choose correctly when to use his ult and who to use it on. These things are about decision making and not all decisions are good ones.
