has to be my all-time favorite support. After that,
then
. Too bad they made Braum dogshit because "pros play him". The difference with support though, is that you can be good at it, but not win. If you're a god tier Azir, you'll carry and win anyways. If you're a god tier Braum, you rely on carrying your team into carrying you. Making Braum in solo queue, shit (on top of damage creep).
I liked pre-rework taric. Felt more impactful and not homosexual.
I live off solo queue support since I hate ranked and people, and if you ask me Braum's awesome for that because he can jump in and fix people's mistakes himself. All his skills also have immediate response to them that make you feel like you have actual control, if that makes sense - Q's an instant skill shot, W's an instant dash, E's an instant and noticeable boost in tankiness, ult's practically instant hard CC, the lot. It's satisfying. With Taric the only instant feedback he really has is his W shield (His passive is juicy though, I've outdueled Camilles as Taric several times)
The backfiring philosophy of "It has a bunch of ways to go wrong, but IF it works it's great!" that's become the basis of support design in the past few years really sucks if you ask me, because 9 times out of 10 you'll have a bad time with it and feel awful in contrast to all the other roles having reliable instant satisfaction with damage and death and junk :P (Backfiring support moves would be like Bard ult, Taric ult, Ivern's bushes, Tahm's W... That stuff)
To be fair, I actually haven't played any PvP at all this year so far because of uni and I've been hearing all the horror stories of mage bot lanes at the moment so... Eugh :/
