I want to ask again now to Repertoir (about the Warrior enchantment)
Currently, Warrior is the only enchantment that falls off late game, and the only one to have an uninteresting passive. It instead comes with flat armor penetration and cooldown reduction. It is good for snowballing, but nothing else. If you don't actually snowball, then you are better off going for Devourer, Cinderhulk, or even Runeglaive, on every champion that currently uses Warrior. The only champion that I can think that should only use Warrior is
but that's only because he has no synergy with other enchantments, although Kha'Zix isn't currently a dominant jungler and has his own problems.
Other enchantments are so much better and they have very interesting, unique passives. Cinderhulk is essentially a Rabadon's Deathcap for tanks that also comes with a Sunfire Cape passive. Runeglaive is one of the Sheen items, and like Lich Bane, it still scales with a stat, so it doesn't fall off late game. Devourer, when fully stacked, doubles on-hit effects on every second attack. Each enchantment also has synergy with other stats. Cinderhulk goes well with HP stacking, Runeglaive with AP stacking, Devourer with attack speed stacking (and also with lots of on-hit effects). As for Warrior, it unfortunately has no synergy with anything in that sense; you can mix it with more AD items, but that does not make the enchantment itself scale better.
I remember that Riot planned to make a new Warrior enchantment that scaled with more AD items and allowed the user to do bonus true damage each time the user did physical damage, but that was quickly pulled off the PBE. I hope that Riot still has plans for the Warrior enchantment. Currently, I see myself being forced to go for either Devourer or Cinderhulk on every champion that I could use Warrior, because those two enchantments just scale so much better and give more. Warrior is only good if you manage to snowball hard during the early game.
