@RIOT VOTE TO KICK OPTION

We need a vote to kick option. I don't care if it doesn't fall in line with your "everyone deserves a chance to enjoy playing ranked." When one player is toxic, goes afk, and feeds the entire game . . . . we need to have the option of removing them from the game and replacing them with players that are not immature and bad. I am sorry. There are certain players that shouldn't be playing ranked when they know they don't have runes, masteries, bad internet connection, or are griefing.
