I've only seen her lets say less than 5 times since her nerf way ago and her kit nags me. the fact that an assassin can be safer than xerath bugs me. maybe you main another lane and riven,lee,vayne/kalista or thresh is your bane.

Honetly I think LeBlanc is fine right now. Her late game isn't good. Her burst is high, but now there is actual counter play to it. Distortion isn't instant, and with the popularity of Ahri, Lux, Thresh, the entire juggernaut cast, and vayne, good luck nailing that q r w combo without being knocked off. LeBlanc is strong, but I don't mind her existence in the game.
Rikari1 votesher late game is worse than her early,yes. but the fact that you can die trying to cs early game while she can make it back to her tower before you cc her makes up for everything. If you make it to late game against her either shes bad or got camped.

what does popularity have to do with it ahris way more popular then leblanc so i would think the ahris i play against have less games then the leblancs
Rikari1 votesWhen LeBlanc was in her prime she was constantly raged about. Ahri got buffed in patch 5.2. No one could care less. She saw some LCS play,people played her a bit. LeBlanc got nerfed waay in patch 5.11. People moved away from her. Notice that Ahri's kite remained unchanged from 5.2 to 5.17 and only since LeBlanc got knocked down people find her toxic when she really isn't. She had that same kit around LeBlanc's prime and no one cared less about her. In 5.16 they undid Lbs nerf by half.
TLDR Ahri was that "toxic" when Lb was indeed toxic and due to popularity no one cared. Lb got nerfed and its on to the next one. Also why do you type like a 12 year old?

What bothers me is the fact that she can literally build flat ap and kill you in three mere seconds. That seems fine but the killer part is the cooldowns and the safety already instilled in her kit. if it fails, they gotta recall while you can RW GG
Mafia LeBlanc1 votesIf you're able to put LB behind in lane, she's screwed for the entire game. She loses the ability to farm without taking enemy harass or blowing all her mana, and if she falls behind her damage sucks and she loses every trade because she has one of the lowest HP pools and crappy base stats. If she's behind and does no damage, her ganks fall short.
For years she was much stronger than she is now, able to delete squishies with a single QR combo, and she had a silence, and nobody complained about her being OP, and if anyone even suggested it, they were immediately downvoted and laughed off the forum.
A lot of champions just simply have much better teamfight presences and if they can get through the first 15 minutes without feeding kills, or if they even manage to kill LB once, she's put in a bad spot for the rest of the match.
Liss is one champion that counters LB really hard - Liss can root her every time LB jumps in, can dash out of her chain before it procs, and Liss can even completely stop a LB combo by ulting her mid-dash, negating all damage, and almost guaranteeing a kill on LB every time.
There are many others that beat her, but Liss is one of the best counters, and she's not in-meta, so she's never banned.
