First Camp: Do You Smite First or Last?

Starting on Krugs or Gromp, do you use Smite first or to last hit?

This is assuming it's a regular leash from your Top / Bot lane and not with a champion such as Twitch who has a high chance of accidentally stealing if you don't Smite last.

Personally I always Smite first to get the benefits of the camp buff for that first camp, and because I believe it gives my Top / Bot lane a better indication of when to stop attacking and leave.

Just curious as to how many people do it each way... I've seen a lot of both sides but I've seen a few accidental steals due to last Smites being too early / no communication about if you're trying to kill it Smiteless or not.

First, unless you are wary of an invade. Although in a couple weeks it isn't going to matter.

Yeah, with the upcoming changes I was just curious how many people smite first like I do.

And yeah, of course I save it if I don't have wards in the river... Though I'll generally start Red or Blue if I expect to be invaded.

Last. Prevents steals from enemies, prevents accidental steals from allies, you have a leash on first camp anyway, and with upcoming changes you will get a heal out of it.
