TeemoJenkins2 votesI guess at higher Elo's she's ban worthy. In Bronze, she requires a team to be valuable, and a crappy Sejuani is more than useless - if you can't land that ult, don't pick her. I've played her, before she was FotM and she's always been good - but she requires a good team. Like Amumu / Naut and other tank jungles, if your team doesn't know how to follow they are worthless.

Elisai1 votesWe know that. Anyone with common sense knows that. I keep up with the pro ban rates as well as local common picks. Where I am Zed and Leona and Shaco are top picks. (Because I'm not scared of Katarina, Riven, or Trynd. I mean all you have to do is cc them. Is it that hard guys?)
