It's like no matter how hard you bully him, he just ults somewhere on the map and evens lane out by getting kills and assists. And not to mention bullying him is hard with most champs. He spams oranges and erases a lot of retaliation.

The ult change is whatever. What has my interest is lower base HP and orange mana cost nerf.
Now if I apprehend him and force a bad trade, it stays a bad trade and I can ACTUALLY zone him out until he decides to back off entirely from the lane
