Can we give Mordekaiser a super simple hotfix?

Seriously riot, we just need to give him 30+ base movement speed. All I'm asking for, ALL I'M ASKING FOR. He just needs a little help to be healthy top lane, and if this somehow breaks him, just revert it. Simple as that.

By the way, which retards idea was it to give a champion with no movement speed buffs or slows OR cc the lowest base movement speed in the game. Well played frito well played.
