These player bots are rediculous + proof the reporting system is a joke?

I came back after taking about 5 months of a break. I decided, it's been enough time, I'll come and really give league another go... First game.. Saw a bot.. My very first bot I've ever seen in League of Legends. I reported it and moved on. Second game.. Had 2 bots in the same game..

Mind you this is all at level 30, in 3v3's, my old favorite. I thought, well screw this, I'll try one of my older accounts I use to practice new champs on, went into an Aram... the Aram game was a 3v1.... the rest were all bots...

WHen the hell did all these bots take over League? This is pure bull on such a massive level, that Riot has allowed these bots to get to level 30. I checked the bots up online, and in my last game, one of them had over 2,000 games played.. TWO THOUSAND games... Yet it wasn't banned...

Another had 560 Wins.. from being carried... and we all know how often you win a 2v3 in TT.. Not often... I'm guessing that bot that had over 2k games as well...

I know people are reporting these bots every game... even if you consider that half the games those bots were in, didn't get reported by a single person, that's still over 500 reports.....

I've been telling people for years the report system is a joke, sure people get banned, and warned, and slapped on the wrist but......

If Riots reporting system is such a joke that 3v3, and Aram can literally be flooded up to your neck in player bots lvl 30 and they can reach 2,000 games played and still not be banned... Something is... messed up...

I was going to start playing League again today.. Gonna uninstall it for the first time in 4 years, and never look back. This is the last straw for me and Riots incompetence. It's bad enough their balance team is a joke, and they simply throw nerfs and buffs out to champions while systematically saying "yolo" and everything's perceived to be good.
