How to counter Ekko
Dodge his Q. He relies on it to proc his passive.
Dodge the second part of his Q. The first part has an AP ratio that is several times weaker than the second part.
Don't let him get near you when you are at 30% HP or below. His basic attacks hurt at this point due to the percentage damage.
Back off if he stacks any of his passive on you. He'll chunk you if you let him proc it. Pretend that he is Vel'Koz; you stay back until the stacks expire.
If he casts his slowing field, try to guess where he is aiming. Most likely he will aim it at your escape route. Try to predict this.
Don't stand near his ultimate time clone. This way, he cannot use his powerful ultimate offensively. Unless you don't have vision of Ekko, his ultimate is easily avoidable. Don't chase Ekko with his ultimate up either, since he will turn the fight around on you.
