Mute Pings

I'd like to be given the power to mute pings of players on my team. This ping-mute button should be separate from the chat-mute button, as I'll explain:

Chat-mute was created so we could avoid being distracted by toxic players and spammers. However, those toxic players and spammers also spam pings because they know pings can't be muted.

Pings were made to communicate things to our teammates, but if someone is spamming useless pings whenever they're off cooldown, it defeats the purpose of pings and makes us less likely to pay attention to useful pings by other teammates.

The buttons for muting pings and muting chat should be kept separate because not all people who spam pings will also be toxic in chat, and vice versa.
