Let's talk about how the armor pen changes have affected Miss Fortune

As we all know, armor pen is no longer a thing. But since Miss Fortune's kit synergized so well with it, it is literally what made her viable (or not viable). Usually you only needed a small amount of it (usually either cleaver or ghostblade), but with the changes to lethality this is no longer the case. She needs to build a lot more lethality items or she won't get the same benefit that she did with armor pen items. Consequently, Miss Fortune win rate has dropped significantly because of this. Unfortunately, building a ton of lethality isn't viable on her, as we all know adc's need more than just armor pen/lethality in their build. In your opinion, should Miss Fortune get some buffs due to her core stat being reworked?

Her win rate is being affected by her being played as a support because phat LCS plays by asians

Even as an ADC, she's had a 4% drop in winrate.
