cass is uber weak

why is cass incredibly weak now riot ill gladly trade her passive for last years cass now her damage is whack with the low ratios and lowered damaeg on all her moves now your forced to be late game becuase you cant carry anyhting now compared to last years cass. you have to build archangel and roa becuase of how low your damage is you have to get ludens becuase of how low your damage is no nono lets make viktor pretty much the strongest mid laneer in tyhe game but we will make cass weak beyond recognition. but well you didnt nerf malz riot thank God. last years cass vs this years cass last years will win every time doesnt matter what phase of the game is becuase now i cant melt people usuing my q or w now i have to use my e as my only source of damage
