Regarding URF for when it comes back

Next time URF comes around to the rotating game mode, could it just be normal URF and not ARURF please. Ever since it was changed to ARURF I have not been able to get Teemo in a single game and I used to love playing him in normal URF. Now I just get Irelia or some other champion that I don't enjoy playing all the time and it really turns me off of the mode. I understand it was changed to all random so that the meta could be kept "fresh" but we have 10 bans now. I'd rather fight a super op team of Sivir, Noc, Hecarim etc and go down playing a champion I enjoy, than be forced onto a champion I don't enjoy and most likely lose anyways.
