I honestly dont think karthus aa is that bad ^saids the guy take full ad runes on mages because he suck at csing.

Hey, it can work pretty well on Swain.

Torment will amplify your basic attack damage, so your trades actually hurt quite badly early.

Also, last-hitting more consistently gives you more mana for harassing with abilities.
