Literally nobody uses it anymore (not even Jax) because of how useless it is. You can't even sit there and auto attack your opponent to death anymore, because of mobility creep, and you have to sacrifice health to get the spell vamp and life steal on it. Honestly, I'd just remove it.

ShatoSummoner1 votesmmm idk. Corki doesn't scale from attack speed very well. As an adc he mostly pokes with r and q while weaving in tri-force auto's. He does benefit from magic penetration, but not so much actual ability power.

gsai1 votesI wouldn't necessarily say its because of mobility creep, its just that no one truly benefits from the stats anymore. The last time it was good was when Jax got HP from it and Kayle got AD from AP and AP from AD. Both of those champions have better options than hybrid now so the item just isn't useful.
