QoL change for item sets

I find it annoying how Enchantments work in the Item Sets. When I include, let's say, the Alacrity enchantment on a custom item set, I must put the specific Tier-2 boot that I will enchant. This feels really messy as, many higher-level players say, different matches will require different item builds, and that includes Tier-2 Boots and Tier-2 Jungle Items. As a result, I refrain from adding Enchantments to my Custom Item pages as I often have games where I do not build the specific boot or Jungle Item in my Item page (i.e I have Ranger's Trailblazer but bought Stalker's Blade ), and the Enchantment will only show the specific Item with the Enchantment, meaning Sorcerer's Boots with Furor instead of simply Furor.

Thus, what I would like to propose is to change the Enchantment items so that Enchantments will simply have itself rather than the Enchantment instead of the Enchantment + Tier-2 Item. This has no effect on gameplay balance. It merely makes it easier to navigate the item menu.
