Because it's not even remotely slot efficient? She'll get more damage out of nearly any other AP item? lol.

It gives 80 AP and 15 magic pen alongside 300 HP (and Eve really can't complain about that). Not saying it's particularly strong on eve, particularly as she does not benefit from magic pen as much as a lot of other AP characters due to her E, but I wouldn't say it's not slot efficient, since the buff. Before this patch? Absolutely.

i really find that hard to belive when it had 50 ap maybe

but right now it has tanky stats for the hp wich are good for eve it has 80 ap wich is pretty good and it rewards having your enemy move while fighting wich is a good pro to eve i really dont see how its not slot efficient maybe before the update sure she would have more if shed get a rabadons but right now

eve doesnt sclae realy strong she is indeed a sustained damage dealer unless built ad and ahead (then she can seem burstier but she still cdeals sustained damage )

the thing is that liandry's burn sucks ... eve as a champ[ who doesnt scale too good with ap doesnt gain much from liandrys since again the burn sucks

in fact the problem is that even wont be allowed to be even remotely good until reworked ... if you see a fed eve in your game you will know why ... thou that is rare nowadays
