Riot should stop making new champions and reworks feast or famine.

I have noticed lately with the new champs and reworks, they become feast or famine in that they are very frustrating to play against when ahead, but borderline useless when behind. Take Pyke for example, he is 100% reliant on snowballing and getting early kills, or else he becomes irrelevant because he has 0 utility or tankiness. Not only that, riot forced him to build lethality items by making him the only champion to have lethality scaling built in kit, forcing him even more into feast or famine playstyle. The Irelia rework is another example. What they did is made her more frontloaded in her damage and reduced her tankiness, but put it in her w active. The nerfs to her kite have usually been targeting her defensive capabilities, so what we are left with a diver who is insanely oppressive when ahead but gets easily killed when behind and is relegated to a stun bot. Building defensive has became less effective. Another is the Akali rework. Part of the reason her winrate in god awful is the fact she becomes 1/2 a champion when even slightly behind, and if further, she is 1/4 a champion.

TLDR: Over the course of past few years, riot has pushing champions into feast or famine playstyles which is part of why it feels so snowbally right now.
