The champion is on a fucking timer and is completely unfair with his safety past 6. His ult should not exist in its current form, it NEEDS charges OR mana items like seraphs need to be adjusted so that mana actually means something to champs like him.

Yeah god forbid any lane but bot gets someone that actually can scale. He still has to literally get on top in melee range to do damage.
