Bravo on the mastery changes.
They actually look promising. Hopefully it's worth taking them in actual gameplay.

Yeah, Masteries changes.... OMG EVEN MORE MORDEKAISER BUFFS yessss.
Ehem... now seriously, i'm worried about Bloodlust changes. In late game some champs can do 1000 Crit damage, that's 250 HP return- Plus the MS bonus... If you where sick of seeing Yasuo in almost everygame, now he is going to be in EVERY game.
Hue hue hue
Keep 'em coming riot
100% slow resistance for Stormraider's Surge. Let's see where this takes us.
Hopefully they don't revert the changes. These look like real masteries.

Well...I might stop playing Anivia all-together.
Rengar... Oh boy...
Oh god.
Depending on how this works it may make Ashe completely unplayable.
everyone will still use thunder decree
Let's cross our fingers and hope the masteries on paper will change that.
Nexio5o is right tho. people will still use Thunder lords. Stormraiders was already good where it was before imho. Now its overtuned. Only when Stormraiders becomes used by a streamer or pro or something will people start to see just how good it is. until then, people will always opt for the one that says "moar demegez" on the tin.
I think the new changes will actually make other masteries useful. Fervor will be viable (up to 96 bonus damage every auto late game), stormraiders giving slow immunity makes it powerful on some champions, and Warlord's, Deathfire, and Strength of Ages will all scale better.
Sure thunderlord's will still be better in the early/mid game on a lot of champions, but I think the others will be a good option now, rather than just being inferior.

Welp. can't do nothing about people stupidity, can't we?
The fact that they buff other masteries rather than nerfing Tunderlord's and Grasp is really awsome.
Though i'm not sure if new bloodlust might be a bit overkill later on, 25% lifessteal and 30% as are alot.
i'm also not really that happy with deathfire, i'd rather see some basedamage so it's not restricted to glass-cannons and also not as snowbally. I also think that the duration for aoe needs to go upt to 3 sec, else it will stay a masterie mostly exclusivly for dot champs, as nearly al other mages mostly rely on aoe.
I'm aslo torn on Stormraider's. The slow immunity sounds really tempting, but my main problem with the masterie is that it's not reliable enough and you most of the time get the boost when you don't need it, and don't get it when you need it, and little was changed for that.
The other changes look really good.
I fear that if you had a noticeable base damage to Deathfire, there will be a lot of overlap between it and Thunderlord. Plus, it may become too strong in the early game on the champs that synergize the most with it.
it obviously should be damage/lvl to prevent earlygame abuse. however, i think the main difference should be that deathfire is for sustained damage and thunderlord's for burst, rather than deathfire for lategame scaleing and thunderlords for early-mid.
Well, I agree with the intent. It would be cool to try Garen with Deathfire, since contrary to other Juggernauts he doesn't aa a lot, and I don't build AD, so the current iteration is shyte on him. (For now, I just go Grasp.)
Thinking about it again, I feel that you are right and that my previous comment was misplaced.
Please, do not link the mobile version of S@20.
Other than that, these look indeed rather promising, as far as the keystones are concerned. I am even concerned that the Fervor changes might make it too strong again - 96 damage at level 18 per auto-attack seems a tad on the strong side.
Still, the matter of Precision being too strong is not yet resolved.
Sorry. I don't know how to change the link. :( .On my phone.
Don't sweat it. It is just awkward to have the mobile version on a full computer...
thank god they didn't touch thunderlord a buff means it'll get nerfed after a nerf means it'll stay nerfed
Yeah this seems like a good direction to go in, rather than just nerfing thunderlords. I bet stormraiders will be OP on at least one champion though, slow immunity is pretty strong for a mastery.
(yes I know it requires you do a lot of burst damage and it's only 3 seconds on a 10 second coolown, but I feel like it will be OP on Nasus or someone else who is tanky and does a lot of damage but is usually kited by slows)
We might actually see Nasus regularly, which both excites and extremely frightens me.
(Warning: PBE Content is tentative and iterative - what you see may not reflect what eventually gets pushed to live servers! Manage your expectations accordingly. )
AYY LMAO
