The changes in the Hud and other elements are great... but damn that champion balance is not so hot. Mord Garen Darius is getting better after nerf Skarner Elise Like Im glad they are viable but they are way too strong.

Not anymore. I don't know what happened, she must have gotten a buff I missed, but she suddenly went from really weak to really strong...

Garen's spin does less damage until lvl 16 unless isolated, hes less tanky mid/late, has less ms less MS boost % and duration and a shorter silence. In exchange he got stronger late late game damage or a situational isolation and in big fights its kind of hard to get someone isolated. Along with an uncontrolled element of doing true damage to a target.
