Soraka not even worth playing anymore

I've been trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and just play through it hoping that maybe there was some hidden mojo that I was missing but I just can't. She's sooooo bad it's not even funny. With regards to how she is in reference to other supports, she's null and void.

Here's why: 1.) her heal kills her - Legit is the dumbest thing you could have done. I understand the need and want to be unique, but this was just stupid. If you're in lane and your main goal is to support any ally, then why are you lowering your own health to make it easier for the enemy to kill you? I mean, after a while, unless you have decent ap, the damage out scales the heal making your lane have a lower effective health than before the heal.

2.) Starcall? wtf? - This ability does not deserve the name star call. It literally does nothing that actual starcall did. But I digress. The real reason that this ability sucks is because if you use it in an attempt to regain some health, you run a huge risk of AOEing the creeps, making your lane push and overall putting you in a bad lane position. More than that, the telegraph on it is huge and the actual star falling is slow as all get making a blind monkey with downs able to side step it. That is of course unless you're already on top of the person, then it's easy to hit! But why would you do that? Because you get punished for building any health making it stupid to do that.

3.) Range - The range on her abilities with the exception of wish is so small that you can't use them most of the time in an affective manner.

4.) Passive - This is one of the worst passives in the game. Literally does nothing unless the fight is being lost, and only applies a slight run buff if you're running to a low hp ally is not useful. I mean ffs, why would you be anywhere but by the people taking damage if a team fight broke out anyway?

I don't want to be mean Riot, but that rework was pathetic. If killing solo lane raka was your goal, congrats you did it, but in the midst of your jumping up and down in celebration, realize that you failed at your original goal of making a viable heal based support by leaps and bounds.
