Late game Garen literally E penta with everyone focusing him and CC (because stuns dont stop his E)
He out heals 5 man focus on him....... Its so busted

if you mean garens able to proc multiple tiamats ticks in the same area with his new e then yes he can. but realistically you'd never see multiple enemy champions standing ontop of each within range of garens e.

Nobody above bronze should be that closely grouped. If they are doesn't matter if on hit or not they're foolish and will die.
