Is the new urgot good?
I am honestly unable to tell, some games I do well with him and others I do not but even the games I do well with him I don't feel op or anything. Is he good or bad?

Im fairly certain he isn't that good. you have to build full damage in order to really do much damage on him and by doing that you make yourself too squishy for his intended play style.
