Brands mana refund should be on his W

First of all these change is aimed towards brand mid and not brand support.

I think his mana refund should be moved away from his passive and into his W. Brand is my favorite champion, I play him almost exclusively mid and I have noticed trying to get the mana refund can become quite tedious. There are 4 scenarios that I can think of regarding his mana refund.

Scenario 1: Brand damages a minion with a spell and gets the minion low enough where the passive kills it with one tick so he gets both the mana refund and the gold. Ideal

Scenario 2: Brand damages a minion but the passive DoT runs out. Brand would need to weave in auto attacks or another spell to get the refund. Results in wasting more mana or time than needed just for the mana refund. Happens a lot in the early game

Scenario 3: Brand damages a minion but the passive DoT does not kill the minion instantly. On Result is that Brand would need to weave in auto attacks or another spell to get the refund. Results in wasting more mana or time than needed just for the mana refund just like the previous scenario. The other result is that while waiting for the minions to die with the DoT passive, another source of damage from ally minions or champions can potentially steal the minion from you resulting in loss of gold despite getting the mana refund. These Happens around mid game .

Scenario 4: Brand one shots the back-line minions but does not have enough damage to kill the front-line minions with the Dot. The problem with this one is that you are penalized for one shotting the back-line. You can also try to combo the wave with Q>E>W to try and clear as fast as possible but given the radius of W, the minions would need to be close together which does not happen often in the late game due to champion or ally minion block and it also leads to Scenario 3.

Moving Brands mana refund to his W and making it so he gets mana back when he kills a minion with this spell would remove much of the frustration of trying to proc the refund. It also puts it more inline with the mana refund mechanics from other champions like , were they simply have to kill a minion with a spell. These change would also incentivise Brand to use W to clear the wave while also giving room for counter-play. Since W is also your main damage spell, it means that if you use it on the wave, you might expose yourself to an all-in or a bad trade so smart decision making would also be required. Overall I think this change would benefit Mid Brand while not having much impact on support brand since he should not have much minion interaction.
