Hahahah they barely give a damn about the terrible matchmaking for diamond plus (they at least pretended to care with the "reset" for diamond and up). They don't even pretend to give a shit about matchmaking below diamond elo.

But nah its probably just some server issues, you know how it is for a Small Indie Company TM, hard to maintain those big expensive servers.

That would require acknowledgment of a known problem that's been ongoing for several months, coupled with a genuine desire to fix it. My guess is someone spilled coffee on the server, or they're having a dance off on the office desks.
