So this was a 3v7 game and Riot thinks that if you have a 57% winrate over the last 20 games you can carry that.

Pretty much. I'm seriously about to start intentionally losing games after every couple wins just to game the system. Might as well right?
haaaaaaalp1 votesCan’t fault riot for autofill problems when the community forced riot’s hand on position based mmr. Autofilled jugglers should not be filled at their main rank and it isn’t hard to figure out why. Position based mmr was added to fix that problem but too many uninformed players qq’d about it and forced riot to revert the change.

That would be an argument. Except positional rank still uses your normal mmr. They didn’t split it into 5 different ones. So sure. Your a bronze 1 support and a gold 4 adc. But when you get filled into support your still sitting in a gold/silver game.

They didn’t split it into 5 different ones.
They literally split your MMR into 5 different MMRs, one for each role. If you're a Diamond adc and a Bronze jungler, then when you get autofilled to jungle it will put you in a bronze game.

That’s not what player were seeing. Due to the overflow mechanic they were getting dropped into the same tier games as their mains.
